About Us
We met in 2004 whilst working in the utility sector. Having worked successfully together in a corporate customer services environment for many years, in 2016 we decided that we wanted to create a new business that not only utilised our wealth of experience but enabled us to make a greater personal impact on individuals lives.
As a team we offer organisational and project management expertise, personal experience of dealing with many of life's significant events, a collaborative approach and a genuine desire to support people in delivering solutions to their challenges.
Together we bring a caring and can do attitude, a respectful yet practical approach along with demonstrating discretion and integrity in all that we do.
Amanda Hawkins
Amanda has worked in the Customer Service arena for many years. Her experience ranges from managing very large teams to developing a new organisation from the outset and organising several office relocations. She has moved home a dozen times in her adult life and 50% of those moves included full renovation projects all whilst bringing up 2 children.
Amanda brings attention to detail, project management skills and as an experienced coach and NLP Practitioner is able to provide additional support for those people that may struggle with letting go of items. Amanda understands the challenges that life events, such as children and divorce can bring and believes her natural people skills and sense of humour make her well equipped to provide a service that specifically meets a clients needs.
Hilary Parry
Originally qualified as a Home Economist Hilary has worked in the utility and outsourcing industries where she has experience of successfully building and developing customer service teams in addition to managing complex projects and programmes of work. Having worked in a number of different businesses Hilary has experienced a variety of approaches to organisation which she is able to call upon in advising what works best for you in your home or office.
Hilary is a great communicator and experienced coach and mentor. She has a down to earth approach when working with others to achieve results that meet the customers needs. Having experienced moving home on over ten occasions herself she also knows the value a good sense of humour can bring in delivering successful outcomes!
